Founder and Director of a full service company offering a scope beyond the typical general contractor.  Seeking to work in collaborative endeavors where the adherence to the design vision and quality of execution are paramount.

 

PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, FACET CONSTRUCTION: 2008-2010

Oversaw project management and site supervision of residential projects in New York City. Beyond the building coordination, provided assistance to architects and designers utilizing my extensive knowledge of the high-end level of workmanship and craft.

 

DIRECTOR OF SMALL OPERATIONS, FOUNTAINHEAD CONSTRUCTION: 2002-2008

Director of a division of the company that handled projects from gratis to $1.5 million., Total yearly volume of the division neared $10 million. Performed design / build services for clients and designers, along with general problem solving and building science assistance throughout the company. Worked with owners, architects, and designers to assist in the development and approvals (DOB and Building Boards) of the projects.

 

PROJECT ARCHITECT, DAVID HOTSON ARCHITECT: 1997-2002

Performed all phases of architectural services for residential and commercial work.  Created full architecture Inclusive of close collaborations with designers (i.e. Maya Lin), consultants and master builders.  Also assisted on the development and coordination of several internationally reaching architectural commission competitions.

 

PROJECT ARCHITECT, LYNNE BRESLIN ARCHITECT: 1996-1997

Design and coordination for residential projects and exhibit design, including multimedia and interactive elements, from inception to execution. 

 

INTERN ARCHITECT, CECIL PIERCE AND ASSOCIATES: 1994-1996

Performed design and construction document development for projects ranging from home and commercial office renovations to house relocation and redesign.

 

INTERN ARCHITECT, D’AGOSTINO-SKUJINS ARCHITECTS: 1994-1995

Performed construction document development for work in the New York City agency realm (NYCHA, SCA, NY Mercantile Exchange)
